Validity of the document

1 to 3 for GOST R and 1 to 5 years for TR (Technical Regulations); -it is also possible to issue a certificate for a shipment or for a contract;

Types of documents and application procedure

Certification of this system (GOST R and TR) can be either mandatory or voluntary. There should be a record of test held by accredited laboratories. This test is usually done only on the paper as the experts accept ISO or CE certificates. The list of products subject to mandatory certification, as well as types of goods, confirmation of which is held in the form of declaration is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation (dated February 2010). For the products not included in the list, the certification may be conducted on a voluntary basis.

Cost and time

The cost of certificate issue is determined individually, as the test reports are completely different. Turnaround time - 1 to 7 days. When the tests are really necessary - up to 1 month (samples required).
